Following on the ELIA response to the Frascati Manual in 2012, OECD published now a revision of the document in which arts, history of arts, performing arts and music in included.
Not all suggested ammendments have been taken into consideration; however, the inclusion of the arts in several parts of the manual is an important improvement for the arts and arts education. Read more »
