ELIA Board Member Efva Lilja, Professor of Choreography and Vice-Chancellor at the University of Dance and Circus, Stockholm is one of 12 cultural notabilities appointed to find the best examples of art engendering positive developments in larger society. On 27-28 February in Copenhagen The Danish Minister for Culture launched an initiative to explore current European art and cultural practices for new opportunities amidst the ecnomic crisis. ELIA and the SHARE Network have jointly written this paper to convince European Commission officials that Arts & Research forms part of the European research landscape and to create openings within the next generation of European Research Funding 2013 -2020, which is now being prepared. Read more »
