ELIA offers three categories of membership priced on the basis of the number of arts students enrolled at the institution.
are European institutions of higher education in the arts, which provide advanced, degree or degree equivalent diplomas recognised at the highest professional level.
are institutions outside of Europe that otherwise fulfil the criteria of ordinary full membership. Non-European members have all rights equal to Full Members, except the right to vote at the General Assembly.
is open to institutions which do not fulfil the requirements for a full membership and to natural as well as legal persons.

|up to 1000 arts students
|up to 2000 arts students
|up to 4000 arts students
|above 4000 arts students
The membership fees listed here below are current as of January 2017.
Procedure and Conditions
After applying for membership using the online form, the ELIA team will contact you to confirm and verify the details. The membership application is reviewed and approved by the Executive Board on behalf of the Representative Board.

All membership fees listed here above are based on the calendar year. The ELIA membership automatically renews, unless the member informs the ELIA team accordingly.
ELIA's membership fees are reassessed on an annual basis.
