Lucy works with universities to provide personal development, training and coaching services which support and enhance internationalisation. After working in academia, then the British Council, she established Elembee in 2010. Lucy works in collaboration with Cultural Intelligence Centre, (Michigan, USA), with whom she is a certified facilitator and offers cultural intelligence (CQ) assessments, training and coaching. Increasingly she is working to support student learning with CQ, working with students from fields such as business, museum studies and chemistry. Since 2010 she has also been a facilitator for Soliya on their Connect programme, which uses online technologies to equip students around the world with constructive dialogue skills.
Jeanine Gregersen-Hermans is an Honorary Senior Fellow of Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) as of January 2019. Previously she held the role of Pro Vice-Chancellor and Vice-Principal (International) at GCU. She serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. She was also the Director of Student Recruitment at the University of Hull, United Kingdom, and Director of Marketing and Communications and Spokesperson of the Executive Board at Maastricht University, the Netherlands. In the latter capacity, she was also appointed as additional Director of Maastricht Education and Research Centre, Bangalore, India.
At the moment, she is involved in the EQUIP project and she will be talking about the Tools of Internationalisation.

EU delegates of an institution or university can apply for an organisational support grant: a contribution to any cost incurred by the institutions in relation to activities in support of staff mobility, to comply with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) in Programme Countries, and with the principles of the ECHE as reflected in the inter-institutional agreements agreed in the case of institutions from Partner Countries.
