Stuttgart is the place to be this September!

With only two weeks left to register, we invite you to join the ELIA Academy 2019 in Stuttgart from 25-27 September where we will decode digitality in higher arts education.

Join us in exploring digital teaching practices from around the globe! Be part of this peer to peer knowledge sharing experience, immerse into the digital world
in arts and take the next step off the beaten track.

Don't miss this opportunity for a life-long training and launch this academic year with an inspiring event! Register here before 10 September.

After nine successful editions across Europe, NEU NOW: ELIA's transdisciplinary festival for emerging artists which took place from 2009-2017, will have a tenth and final special edition. Delegates at the ELIA Academy 2019 will have the chance to see an installation at the closing of the event and a digital publication featuring the stories of one artist from each of the nine previous editions. Stay tuned! The NEU NOW publication will be released at the end of September.

Map the Common Ground in Hangzhou!

Transcultural collaboration in arts education is a topic of increasing importance among leaders of arts institutions. What are the elements that compose such a collaboration, what challenges shall we face in our way, and what opportunities will rise from that path?

At ELIA 2019 Leadership Symposium, we invite all those intrigued, to map the common ground between us. The delegates of the event will have the chance to witness practices and experiences of cross-cultural collaboration unravelling around them, with narrators representing leading institutions from Europe, North and South America and Asia.

Join us on 20-22 November in Hangzhou, China where we lay down the differences and common points between us to advance higher arts education. Register here before 10 November and start planning your travels!
