Mantautas Krukauskas has a master degree in piano and composition and is currently working on his doctoral thesis at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, where he is also teaching Electronic and Computer Music at the Department of Composition. His works, including chamber music, audiovisual compositions, music for theatre and film productions, have been performed in Lithuania, Austria, Germany, USA and other countries. Mantautas Krukauskas also has been involved in various organizational activities, including project coordination, event organizing etc. His interests comprise interdisciplinary approach, music and media technologies, and synergy of different aesthetic and social approaches.
