How to apply
Before 1 March 2012 the ELIA office must have received:
1. By post: application form (available in the upload module) signed by applicant and legal representatives of your institution to:

2. Upload: through the upload module between 31 January and 1 March
The following documents and link must be uploaded during your online registration:

Summary of the project (200-400 words)

Script containing a detailed description of the envisaged story, the main characters and the shooting locations. This can take the form of a written document or a storyboard.

Production and post-production timeline
Please include the planned production and post-production timeline in one document. The completed audiovisual productions have to be submitted 7 September 2012 at the latest, please include this deadline in your timeline.

Detailed budget of 5000 Euro
The budget has to be exactly 5000 Euro. Please download the budget form in the registration tool and fill it in. If necessary you can also add headings to the form. No additional funding is possible.

CV and motivation of the applicant

CV and motivation of the Supervisor / Second responsible person
Someone closely involved in the production process, preferably in a supervising capacity, this can be a teacher but also a colleague/student.

Your previous work does not have to be linked to the theme of this competition, the jury would like to get an impression of work you have done in the past. Please upload a link of work of max. two minutes.
